Southeast Academy Enrichment Clubs
Sign Up For Live Clubs!
Students have the opportunity to meet live each week with a teacher and peers. Enjoy learning something new, while connecting with friends each week! Our live clubs are available to our Southeast Academy students for a simple $10 student yearly registration fee.
How Do I Sign Up?
You can use the Live Clubs Signup button. You will be asked the information below. If you have a question about supplemental activities such as the Live Clubs, use the Live Clubs Question button. Mrs Perez will try to answer as quickly as possible.
- Your email address.
- Student name.
- Grade level.
- Club(s) that you would like to enroll in.
If a club has different age groups, you will be placed based upon grade level. Club fee of $10 per student will be billed when club begins. Along with email from Mrs Perez, you will eventually receive an email from your club(s) teacher with a Zoom link to use for that particular club. Emails are always from a southeastacademy.net or southeastacademyonline.com address.
6th-8th Grade Connections Club!
Description: Enjoy interacting with your peers and making some new friendships this year! Ongoing Enrollment!
Study Skills Club!
Description: Build up your study skills in this 4 week club! All middle school and high school students are welcome!
Dates: Mondays in January! January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
Time: 8 AM PST/9AM MST/10AM CST/11 AM EST
Skills covered will be effective note taking, writing part 1 (planning and organizing, writing part 2 (sources and MLA formatting), and study skills. Students will experience collaboration and feedback from their peers and build a foundation for effective study skills! Students need to attend weekly to participate, because summaries and recordings will not be available.
Our Study Skills teacher is offering private tutoring as well. Your student can work on a few projects, have assistance in studying, or in their writing skills. Please see our tutoring page to arrange this for your student.
6th-12th Grade Girls Bible Club!
Description: This club is offered for several weeks at a time. Ongoing Enrollment! Mrs. Kinser is excited to continue connecting with our 6th-12th grade girls via Bible Study once a week! Come join this FUN group as they work through scripture! These girls not only learn to study God’s word, but are making friendships that matter!
Time: Tuesdays for 45 minutes at 1pm PST/ 2 PM MST/ 3 PM CST/ 4 PM EST

6th-12th Grade Boys Bible Study!
Description: Mr. Kinser will join you for 30-45 minutes to have a fun and meaningful time working through scripture. Come hang with us to study and apply God’s word, build friendships, and have a good time while we’re at it!

Art Club!
Description: This 8-week club will explore photography and hand lettering through a series of fun projects!
The Basics of Photography: We will discuss composition, exposure and focus, and put our learning into practice by using our phones or digital cameras to create artistic, original images. We will touch on portrait photography, macro photography, and landscape photography.
Hand Lettering: 4 weeks learning and practicing the basics of hand lettering through 4 different projects.

STEM Club!
Description: Join our STEM clubs this year! Enjoy discovering and observing the topics of Chemistry, space, energy, the human body, plants, and rocks! Club teacher will send out ongoing information and basic supplies needed. This club has two groups: 3rd-5th Grade and 6th-8th Grade.

Leadership Club!

Calling all high school students! Join our Leadership Club to help plan our seasonal live school assemblies, school wide contests, monthly themes, etc. Enjoy learning to collaborate and to build on your strengths—whether it is creativity, writing, speaking, encouraging, or leading! We have a place for you!
Club Policies
Description: Our clubs are run on a private Zoom platform. This means you’ll be emailed a link and passcode from your club teacher. While attending the club, please plan on having your camera turned on to insure community involvement and verification it is a student attending the club. Camera is required.
