Southeast Academy Enrichment Clubs

Sign Up For Live Clubs!

Students have the opportunity to meet live each week with a teacher and peers. Enjoy learning something new, while connecting with friends each week! Our live clubs are available to our Southeast Academy students for a simple $15 student yearly registration fee.

How Do I Sign Up?

You can use the Live Clubs Signup button. You will be asked the information below. If you have a question about supplemental activities such as the Live Clubs, use the Live Clubs Question button. Mrs Perez will try to answer as quickly as possible.

  • Your email address.
  • Student name.
  • Grade level.
  • Club(s) that you would like to enroll in.

If a club has different age groups, you will be placed based upon grade level. Please pay the sign up fee when you fill out the form. Along with email from Mrs Perez, you will eventually receive an email from your club(s) teacher with a Zoom link to use for that particular club. Emails are always from a southeastacademy.net or southeastacademyonline.com address.

Math Help Club with Mrs. Brooks

Grades 6th-9th

Time: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 8:00 am PST/9 AM MST/10 AM CST/ 11 AM EST

Do you ever feel stuck in math? No worries, we’ve got you covered! Our Math Help Club is here to make math fun and stress-free. Whether you’re grappling with a story problem or puzzled by polynomials, we’re here to help! Members will receive targeted specific math help and get the clarity you need to succeed this year. This club meets 2x per month. 

Live Sessions with Mrs. Brooks: Twice a month, receive personalized help from our awesome math teacher, Mrs. Brooks!

Face-to-Face Assistance: Not ready for full tutoring? No problem! Get the one-on-one support you need without the commitment.

Flexible Attendance: Attend as many of the math help sessions as you want! Simply let Mrs. Brooks know the concept you need help with at least 24 hours before the club time. We’ll send a reminder the week of the club.

Ready to become a math whiz? Mastering basic facts and functions today sets you up for future math success, and we’ve got the perfect club to make it happen! This club meets 2x per month. 

Interactive Games: Play exciting and interactive math games that make learning a blast!

Skill Building: Strengthen your math skills with fun activities that lay a solid foundation for the future.

STEM Club with Mrs. Adams

Grades 3rd-7th

Time: Once a month! 11:30 PST/12:30 MST/1:30 CST/2:30 EST

Join our STEM clubs this year! Enjoy discovering and observing the topics of Chemistry, space, energy, the human body, plants, and rocks! Club teacher will send out ongoing information and basic supplies needed.

Art Club with Mrs. Marschner

Grades 5th-7th

Description:Join Mrs. Marschner for a fun, interactive time of learning the elements of art! You will have opportunities to put your learning into practice as we create pieces of art based on those elements. We will also study current and historical artists who used those elements in their own art. This will be a six-week club.

Dates: This club will run 2nd semester!

Connections Club with Mrs. Adams

Description:Connections Club is a great way to meet other students and form lasting friendships. We meet twice monthly and play games, test our trivia skills, and have fun together. We have an open spot for you!

    Study Skills Club with Mrs. Harmon

    Description: Build up your study skills in this 4 week club! All middle school and high school students are welcome!

    Grades 6th-12th

    Time: Tuesdays at 9am PST/10 am MST/ 11 AM CST/ Noon EST:  9/10, 9/17, 9/24, and 10/1

    Skills covered will be effective note taking, writing part 1 (planning and organizing, writing part 2 (sources and MLA formatting), and study skills.  Students will experience collaboration and feedback from their peers and build a foundation for effective study skills! Students need to attend weekly to participate, because summaries and recordings will not be available.

    Our Study Skills teacher is offering private tutoring as well. Your student can work on a few projects, have assistance in studying, or in their writing skills. Please see our tutoring page to arrange this for your student.

    Election Club

    Grades 6th-12th

    Time: Thursdays at 9am PST/10 AM MST/ 11 AM CST/ Noon EST

    2024: It’s an election year! Seize this amazing opportunity to learn about how the US elections really work. Our history teacher, Mrs. Harmon is ready to fill you in on all that happens and discuss in real time this year’s presidential election.  Join your peers in this unique 4 week opportunity! 

    1. Primaries – how we got the candidates we have –  OCT 24
    2. Voting – basics of how voting works/ rank choice voting – OCT 31
    3. Aftermath of Election – the electoral college and counting the ballots – NOV 7
    4. Inauguration and Presidential power – NOV 14

    Bible Study Club with Mrs. Perez

    Grades 6th-12th

    Time: Wednesdays at 8 AM PST/9 AM MST/ 10 AM CST/ 11 AM EST

    Description: Mrs. Perez is excited to jump into the Bible Study this year,  connecting with our 6th-12th grade students once a week! Come join this FUN group as they work through scripture, learning practical Bible literacy tips! These students not only learn to study God’s word and pray for one another,  but are making friendships that matter! 

    1st Semester dates: every Wednesday, starting September 11th through Nov. 13th

    2nd Semester dates: every Wednesday, starting January 8th through April 9th

      Leadership Club with Mrs. Goins

      Grades 9th-12th

        Club Policies

        Description: Our clubs are run on a private Zoom platform. This means you’ll be emailed a link and passcode from your club teacher. While attending the club, please plan on having your camera turned on to insure community involvement and verification it is a student attending the club. Camera is required.
